This initiative includes:
- Residential Rebate Program providing rebates for hot water systems, hot water circulators, rainwater tanks and dual flush toilets.
- The purpose of Energy Efficiency Strategy is to reduce greenhouse gas emission from energy consumption, reduce the impact of prices on businesses and community by lowering the energy consumption, and delay the need to construct additional energy generation and distribution infrastructure in NSW, reducing costs within the states economy.
- Public Facilities program This program provides grants for water and energy saving projects in facilities which are open to, and frequently accessed by, the public including schools, community buildings, sporting facilities, museums and art galleries.
- School Energy Efficiency program This Program provides grants to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions from NSW public high schools.
- Rainwater Tanks in Schools program
- The aim of Central Coast Water Savings Fund is to stimulate investment in innovative water conservation and recycling technologies and practices, and improve watter efficiency across all sectors.
